Anna is a seasoned executive search professional with experience in research, candidate sourcing and assessment. Her 10+ years of experience both in consulting and in-house spans a number of industry sectors such as FMCG, agriculture, insurance, banking and telecom. Anna attributes her passion for executive search and 90% success rate in placements to her “curiosity to learn about people”, “ constant search of new challenges” and her “interest in diverse cultures”.
We at LS International were drawn to Anna not just because of her passion to find the right candidates for clients, but also because she possesses those competencies and skills that we value: customer focus, analytical abilities that help in objectively identifying business needs and drive decision-making, project management, organization-building and effective communication. Anna is fluent in English and Ukrainian, she is keenly studying Spanish as well. Anna holds a Master’s degree in translation from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She enjoys oil painting, traveling and running. She hopes to restart running half marathons in Barcelona, her new home soon.
