Screening and Qualification
Each mentee will be assessed by one of our LS Elevate Program Managers. This allows us to understand your background, skillset, and leadership style.
Assessment Session with Consultant
The first step is for you to map your skills and capabilities. With the help of our psychometric assessment, you will be able to understand your leadership style and preferences. After the completion of the assessment, you will have a debrief session with a consultant who will help you understand the results to make the most out of the program.
Mentor Matching
Each mentor goes through a selection process so we can understand their experience and expertise. This allows us to find the best mentor for you in order to work on the developmental areas that we have identified. Our job is to find the appropriate mentor for you.
9 Months of Sessions and Monitoring
Once you and your mentor confirm the match, you will have 9-12 sessions of 60-90 minutes, over a 9-month period. Each program has an experienced program manager who will have 1-2-1 calls with you and your mentor separately every 3 months. It is crucial that both you and the mentor have the appropriate support when you may face roadblocks.
