Brita contacted us about a Sales Director Iberia position which was reporting to the Managing Director for the region. This position had been identified as the key to their strategic growth pillar: E-commerce. With very solid growth, Brita was looking for a strategic commercial profile, someone who could leverage both key traditional retailers in the region and who could have the digital expertise to also develop new business channels, specifically focusing on the e-commerce and pure-player verticals.
We quickly met with Clare Lopez Wright, Managing Director for Iberia, to explain the strategies, tactics, and steps that needed to be implemented to recruit for these hard-to-fill positions. Twenty-seven days later, and after slight modifications on the original brief which involved a stronger push for Business Development and a lift on the seniority, we had his next Sales Director Iberia speaking with her! Of course, this individual still needed to meet various other stakeholders, but after this full process, the candidate started at Brita waters 65 days later.
