Diversity improves strategic and tactical problem-solving and decision-making in organizations, and has been proved to consistently lead to superior financial performance. We at LS International are particularly passionate about gender diversity, and go the extra mile to identify the best female candidates. About 45% of the candidates we have placed over the past 3 years are women. Even clients who do not give us a specific gender diversity mandate appreciate our efforts to infuse gender diversity into their workplaces.

Enhancing gender diversity does not mean ignoring a candidate's core abilities and experience; it is about enabling hiring managers to include in their shortlist females who are at least as qualified as males. One impediment to this is the "Imposter Syndrome", an individual's belief that s/he is not qualified for the role they are in (or seek).

Women in particular fall into this behavioural trap, and this comes out during interviews. This is where LS International can help. We use the Successfinder tool to assess female candidates and design customized developmental programs for individuals and groups. This equips women executives with the necessary -building blocks" and hones their strengths so they are better-positioned for a promotion or a new job.
