Andrea identifies her mother as her greatest role model. In her younger days, she wanted to be a medical doctor just like her father. But she was drawn to the human mind and interpersonal interactions, and so chose to pursue an undergraduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, Tegucigalpa, Honduras). To broaden and deepen her knowledge of the emerging world of global business, she completed Master’s degrees in Fashion & Luxury Business Management (GBSB Global Business School, Barcelona, Spain) and in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce (EAE Business School, Barcelona, Spain). She has also completed a course in Human Resources Management & Coaching (ESNECA Business School, Barcelona, Spain). For the past six years, Andrea’s work has spanned the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process, including development of recruitment strategies, screening candidates and onboarding, across different industries and countries. As a part-time faculty member at GBSB Global Business School, she teaches night courses in Fashion & Luxury Event Management, Online Digital strategy and Communication Planning and Advertising. An animal lover, Andrea frequently volunteers at multiple animal shelters. She enjoys coffee and conversations with people, but not necessarily in that order. In addition, he also holds certificates in Digital Business, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Incubation. Pablo’s expertise in formulating business strategies and scaling operations for growth, along with his deep understanding of LS International, are key enablers of building the latter’s portfolio of services and its organizational resilience. He follows developments in the world of finance closely, as also global political and economic events. Fluent in Spanish and English, Pablo lives in Barcelona but still calls Pamplona home.
